New York and London Fashion Week

It’s been a hectic couple of weeks for the Total Management Team with both New York and London Fashion Weeks to keep us nicely busy. First stop was New York Fashion Week!
The team jetted across the pond to host two NYC fashion week events, the first was a Cocktail and Canapés evening hosted at the renowned songwriter Denise Rich’s beautiful Fifth Avenue residence, hosted with Jade Jagger and sponsored by Gilt City. This event was to bring awareness about the Gabrielle’s Angels Foundation.
Guests had access to the private rooftop which offers unrivalled views of Central Park. Mary Giuliani designed and executed the Passed hors d’oeuvres which included Montauk Fish Tacos with a shot of Margarita on the side (my personal favourite!) Crispy Short Rib Rolls, Spiced Mac & Cheese in Black Pepper cones and Espresso Brownies accompanied by Mini Vanilla Bean Milkshakes. Magnolia Bakery also set up a beautiful assortment of short bread brownies, cupcakes and cookies. To complement the fantastic food, Belvedere mixed up a selection of amazing cocktails ( White Cosmopolitans and Vodka Thyme Lemonade to name but a few) and Chandon and Sant Arturo offered a selection of fine wines throughout the evening. The theme of the evening was Disco Chic and with DJ Wade Crescent acting as resident DJ for the evening, everyone really got into the swing of things! We had a fantastic turnout of guests including the fabulous Solange Knowles alongside Natalie Cole, Whitney Port, Louise Roe, Zara Martin and of course Jade Jagger. Everyone had a fantastic evening and a big thank you to all our sponsors for the evening – Gilt City, Wildfox Couture, OPI, Magnolia Bakery, Tata Harper, The Setai Hotel, Alexander Nash and Jezebel. After a day of recovery, we were all systems go for our next event. This time we had invited twenty five guests to enjoy a fabulous lunch with Matches Fashion. Once again we were hosting the lunch at the fabulous private home of Denise Rich. Guest enjoyed a fantastic three course lunch accompanied with fine wines with views that would take your breath away. Everyone had a fantastic day and I think it would be fair to say that all the guests walked away with a very exciting and special gift bag! Bring on Autumn shopping!
Once New York was complete we headed back to London just in time to host the official Mark Fast After Party at The Hoxton Pony. With its individual and unconventional slant the Hoxton Pony provided the perfect backdrop for this exclusive invitation fashion party. Hoxton Gin cocktails and champagne were served to all guests on arrival with Belvedere mixers and Peroni flowing until the small hours of the morning. DJ Zara Martin gave an impressive DJ set to the admiring fashion crowd including – Kelis, Henry Conway and Rachael Barratt. A big thank you to Mark Fast who gave me one of his stunning creations to wear on the evening – I’m defiantly hooked now! Those lucky enough to receive an invite walked away with a generous gift bag including: OPI, Elemis. Percy & Reed, Smashbox, Jones & Payne and Vita Coco.
Over all New York and London could not have gone better! Next stop Paris fashion week and the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe…
