Last year’s awards were bigger and better than ever, with a new venue at London’s O2 Arena and the fabulous James Cordon as host the awards did not fail us. There were great performances from some amazing acts such as Take That, Rihanna, Mumford & Sons, Tinie Tempah, Paloma Faith, Cee Lo Green and of course Adele’s spine tingling ‘Someone Like You’. Britpop legends Blur have been named as the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Music award at the BRIT Awards 2012 with MasterCard.
Confirmed performers announced: Adele, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, Blur, Noel Gallager, Florence & The Machine and Coldplay.
