Thunderous noise, churning water and rapids all around you - this is the unbelievable thrill of white water rafting! Only the strength and determination of you and your team will get you through the rapids.
Be prepared to enjoy a heart-pumping ride down white water rapids.
You will be welcomed and receive a full briefing by a qualified Instructor. Once fitted with your safety gear you will blast down a natural river course in a 6-8 person inflatable raft.

Standard Itinerary:
· Welcome and signing on
· You will be fitted with a wetsuit, helmet and life jacket
· A full safety briefing
· White water rafting session
· A de brief session
· There are several options available for various UK locations depending on your requirements:
· Full Days /half days/2 hour session
· Additional activity add on’s e.g. quad biking/climbing/riding
· Transport and Accommodation
