V Festival has announced their 2013 line-up with Beyoncé and Kings of Leon confirmed as headliners for the Festival held across Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
 
Beyoncé will return to the UK festival circuit following her showstopping performance at 2011's Glastonbury, it will be Beyoncé’s only European festival appearance this year.
 
Kings of Leon are the other headliners for the weekend festival, taking place on August 17 & 18 at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire.
